The sales representative and customer have a discussion regarding the plan of opening the bubble tea shop or the demands of materials.

  • For those who plans to open shop: Sales will suggest to have an official training course to learn all the basic of bubble tea.
  • For those who already opened shop(s): Sales will provide the sample quality test based on customer’s menu/ current using quality.

Sales will send a Proforma Invoice based on the customer’s menu and inventory list.

After confirmation on both side all the information (the items, amount, prices, measurement and weight information), the customer pays the deposit to start production.

7 days before delivery, the sales will advise the shipping schedule information (ETD & ETA) and the customer pays the rest amount.

During the shipment period, sales will prepare all the necessary documents for custom clearance.

When the goods arrive, sales will get in touch with local broker and provide all the documents and make sure the customers could receive the goods.

Sales confirms with customers regarding the quality and condition of products after they receive the goods.
