Ordering & Payment
What is the payment term for my order?
We require a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining 50% is due before shipment.
How much should I order for my first shipment?
Most clients start with a 3-month supply, which typically costs between USD 15,000–20,000. This includes raw materials and packaging like cups and sealing film.
How do I request a quote?
You can contact us with a list of products, quantities, and destination country. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production: ~30 days
Air freight: 3–7 days
Sea freight (Asia): 2–4 weeks
Sea freight (Europe): 4–6 weeks
Can you arrange the shipping?
Yes! We work with international forwarders and can ship by sea or air. You may also use your own freight agent.
What documents do you provide?
We include commercial invoices, packing lists, and export certificates with every shipment.
OEM & Custom Branding
Can the products feature my company logo?
Yes. We offer 100% OEM/private label service. Your company name and branding will be displayed on packaging.
Will my competitors know where I source from?
No. We guarantee confidentiality with private label orders.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes. We support custom designs for cups, pouches, and cartons.
Product Info & Shelf Life
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most syrups, fruit jams, and popping boba have a shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions.
Do you provide documentation for food safety?
Yes. Our products are manufactured in HACCP-certified facilities in Taiwan.
Training & Support
What kind of training do you offer?
We offer remote training and on-site sessions in Taiwan. You’ll learn how to prepare all major bubble tea recipes using our materials.
Will I get support after training?
