For a family, if you are the breadwinner, there will be a trouble.
For a person, if you are full of skill, it might not be an issue as other companies might invite you to work in their company.
However, if you are not, you might become an Uber driver temporarily.
No matter in which part you are, all you will have to do is to survive while the situation is not good.

For a worker, you always get your paycheck on time, and plus the overtime pay, if the company has good profit you will get extra bonus at the end of the year.
And the responsibility and duty for your own job, it is the best thing workers will have.
