The shortage of the labor in Taiwan.

As all people know Taiwan is famous for its Technology especially TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd) 

Due to the shortage of the IC,TSMC and a lot of the Technology companies build their new industrial park  just near our factory, so a lot of people left their current job to work for them for the higher pay.

The traditional business like us, The food industry found very difficult to hire more people.

We have hard time to expand our factory

For popping boba factory could only produce 32 pcs every 10 seconds in 1 production line.

Now it gets worse as we now having difficulties to find workers to build and expand our factory,

It caused the longer production term than before after Chinese new year.

Our solution for our partners

We will be always trying our best to have enough stock for them at least 288 boxes(4 pallets).

And the orders from our partners will try to ship out in 1 months.

So that they will have better cash flow in their hands.
